At Green Planet (www.enjoygreenplanet.com), we are committed to providing high-quality, federally compliant hemp-derived products. Due to the nature of our offerings and current regulatory considerations, all sales are final. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through www.enjoygreenplanet.com are considered final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged. We do not accept returns for any reason, including (but not limited to):

• Change of mind

• Unused or unopened products

• Dissatisfaction with effects or experience

• Shipping delays or delivery issues

2. Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

Once an order has left our facility and is in the possession of the shipping carrier, Green Planet is no longer liable for the package. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Lost or stolen packages

• Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received

• Delays due to weather, routing errors, or customs

• Packages confiscated by law enforcement or regulatory agencies

We pack all orders discreetly and professionally to ensure safe transit. However, we cannot guarantee delivery once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

If your order has shipping insurance (if offered and selected), claims must be filed directly with the carrier or insurance provider.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a package that contains incorrect items or physical damage due to fulfillment error, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting nova@enjoygreenplanet.com with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the package, product, and issue

We will review all claims on a case-by-case basis. However, we reserve the right to deny any claim that does not fall within fulfillment error or manufacturing defect.

4. Product Use & Responsibility

By purchasing from Green Planet, you acknowledge that you are legally allowed to purchase and possess hemp-derived cannabinoids in your jurisdiction. We are not responsible for legal consequences that may arise due to the misuse, mislabeling by local authorities, or local regulation of these products.

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to understand and comply with their local, state, and federal laws prior to purchase.

5. Fraudulent Claims & Chargebacks

We take fraud seriously. Filing false claims, unauthorized chargebacks, or abuse of our customer service policies may result in:

• A permanent ban from future purchases

• Reporting to appropriate legal authorities

• Contesting chargebacks with supporting documentation
